With just four weeks to go, our monthly club meeting was held on the rally field this week to finalise plans and ensure everything is set for a fantastic event.
Camping and Field Updates
As previously announced, we are pleased to offer much-improved public and dedicated disabled camping areas this year, complete with easier access. The exhibitor camping area remains in its usual spot and will include the standard shower block and baby changing facilities. Sections will be set up in their traditional areas, and we are thrilled to see that entry numbers have continued to grow!
As you can see from the recent photos of the rally field below, the effects of the summer heatwaves are clear—there will certainly be no problems with long grass this year!
Important Fire Safety Notice
Because the grass is so short, the site is currently tinder dry. We ask that all campers take extra care and strictly follow the restrictions regarding barbecues and open flames that will be posted around the field.
Early Bird Tickets Ending Soon
Discounted ‘early bird’ tickets are currently available, and it is great to see so many of our friends and supporters already taking advantage of the offer. Please note that all tickets will revert to their normal prices at midnight on Friday, September 11th.
