Club Meetings

The Malpas Vintage Machinery Association was founded in 1971 by a small group of vintage tractor and steam engine enthusiasts. As you might expect, the highlight of our year is the annual Malpas Yesteryear Rally, but the club is also very active throughout the year with monthly meetings.

What…
Our meetings include film shows and illustrated talks on a wide variety of subjects (see programme below). While most topics relate to the preservation movement and vintage machinery, we also invite speakers to talk about other related and fascinating subjects of wider historical interest.

When…
Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month, starting promptly at 7.30pm.

Where…
The Bickerton Poacher, Wrexham Road (A534), Bulkely, Malpas SY14 8BE,
which can be found about three miles towards Nantwich from the Broxton roundabout on the A41

Who…
We invite potential new members to come along and see what we are all about. Non-members interested in joining us, and of course the club, will be made very welcome, so please do just turn up.
Interested in becoming a member? – Please download a membership application form.

We have organised a full and varied calendar of speakers for the upcoming monthly club meeting. For our existing and new members who have made contact through this site, we’re sure this will be a good and interesting range for our monthly meetings. You’ll see that there is, we hope, pretty much something for everyone in the programme below.
